"The AI-Powered Conductor: Lead the Symphony of Change"
From Conductor to Composer: Shaping the Organization of Tomorrow
A two-day, invitation-only forum for D&S senior leaders, centered on AI-led organizational transformation @ Amazon. Through keynotes, peer sharing, leadership development, hands-on sessions, and factory visits, we explore how to lead teams through constant change.
About the Forum
In constant change — from 2 major changes in 2016 to 10 in 2026 — leaders must not only conduct the orchestra, but compose the score. This forum brings D&S leaders together to turn AI from anxiety into advantage: driving change, sharpening creative-critical thinking, and making faster, better decisions.
L7 leaders share real business-process and transformation experiences — the wins and the hard lessons.
Leading organizational transformation in the AI era: driving change, creative-critical thinking, and decision-making.
An invited guest brings an outside-in perspective on change and leadership. TBD
Practical, tools-in-hand working session so leaders leave with something they can apply on Monday.
Leaders discuss real experiences navigating change across the organization — good and bad.
An evening to connect and unwind.
Why now
The pace of change keeps accelerating — leaders went from navigating ~2 major changes a year in 2016 to ~10 in 2026. AI raises the stakes again: it can create anxiety, or it can become our biggest advantage. This forum is about making that shift together — supporting our teams through change while we redesign how the organization works.
How to lead teams through constant change and turn AI anxiety into momentum.
Sharpening how we frame problems and challenge assumptions in an AI-augmented world.
Using AI to make faster, higher-quality decisions — from reporting to risk review to program management.
If you could "recompose" your organization with AI, what would you redesign first — and why?

Day 2 Activity
Located in the Binhe Jing development zone of Xuhui District, this is China's first municipal-level, high-quality professional incubator focused specifically on the humanoid robotics vertical. Officially launched in 2025 with a total floor area of over 12,000 m², it is jointly built and led by the Shanghai Industrial Technology Research Institute.
It houses three flagship public platforms — the world's first humanoid robot 4S showcase-and-trading center, a standardized outdoor testing & training field, and a 3D-printing rapid-prototyping center — operating under an incubation model of "scientist empowerment + shared-platform support + industry-fund backing."
It has already gathered nearly 20 high-quality companies across the value chain, including leading players such as UBTECH and Ecovacs.
